We do this through our work as a prime provider on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions delivering the Work Programme and helping the long term unemployed find and stay in work.
In Wales, we are delivering the Work Based Learning programme on behalf of the Welsh Government from five main locations. The programme combines training delivered in our branches with on-the job training in a real work environment, and includes apprenticeships, traineeships and the Young Recruits Programme.
From over 150 offices across the UK, we have more than 2,700 people representing tutors-assessors, business development coaches, in-work support mentors, employer relationship managers, enterprise advisors, and more who are working to reduce unemployment in Britain.
